Help If you are entering a valid code and nothing appears to be happening, please check that you are not automatically downloading the PDF instead of viewing it. If this is happening, your browser is saving them in your downloads folder instead of automatically displaying them. If you are seeing an error code that tells you  Sorry, that CV is either unregistered OR the code was entered incorrectly then the CV code was not recognised. It should consist of FIVE letters and FOUR numbers with no space in between. You can always make sure the system is working by entering the example code smith4567 from the main page.
